For re-charge or top up of member account, multiple options are provided by Genio. This include Online payment using credit / debit cards, cash deposit at designated payment kiosk, cash payment at the respective cash counters, or Vouchers. Once the payment is done, the member gets the notification regarding the payment with the details of the current balance available. System also supports multiple members, parent member, credit transfer between members etc.
